The units are consisted of effi cient and reliable semi-hermetic compressor, perfect protection system and hi-intellectualized control system. The units could be combined by multi-system water chiller unit by one or more semi-hermetic screw chillers

High intelligent control system adopt specialized Microprocessor with features of faster running speed, more reliability, stronger control capability and realize modularization and networked


Reliability

l The unit adopts no pump design. Apply system differential pressure to lubricate each motive parts, further enhance the reliability of the unit

l The unit adopts high-effi ciency heat-exchange tube for condenser and evaporator. The Compact heat exchanger is light, effi ciency and reliable

l The unit protection system include chilled water low outlet temp protection,

low chilled water fl ow rate protection etc. to avoid running fault and ensure unit running reliability

l Adopt Europe and USA famous brand throttle system and dry fi lter etc. to ensure reliability


Practicability

l The unit has function of capacity adjusting and automatic adjust compressor running condition as per second refrigerant pre-setting temp

l Wide application condition: Condensing temp≤45℃ , chilled water outlet temp: +3~+12℃ , chilled water in/outlet differential temp: ≤10℃ . If the second refrigerator is glycol, the lowest chilled water outlet temp could be reach -5℃
