Double Spiral Freezer

The spiral quick-freezing machine consists of a flexible conveyor belt, a rotating drum, a fan, and an air curtain. It consists of transmission, variable speed, flushing, safety, refrigeration and other devices.

The flexible conveyor belt (chain) constitutes a spiral loop. When the drum rotates, the friction force between the slats and the chain installed on the drum is used to move the chain around the drum. The material is fed in through the entrance and placed On the flexible transmission belt, the revolving drum spirally moves upward from the lower part, while the cold air passes through the refrigerator, fan and conveyor belt to freeze the material.

In order to prolong the service life of the chain, an overturning mechanism is installed to make the two ends of the chain wear in turn. The air curtain is installed at the material inlet and outlet to reduce the loss of cold capacity.

The spiral quick-freezer adopts a compressor refrigeration system, and the cold air temperature is -5～-40℃, which can be adjusted. Under the condition of cold air temperature -35℃ and freezing time of 30min, the processing capacity is 100～500kg/h. The machine is characterized by compact structure, small footprint, continuous operation, rapid freezing, and is suitable for processing thin meat slices, fish slices, ice cream and cold snacks.

Features

1. The all-aluminum alloy evaporator, which is easy to clean, is made of large fins, which is easy to clean and reduces the growth of bacteria; refrigeration can effectively prevent frost blockage and can continuously produce for 12 hours without frosting.

2. The high-strength mesh belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel high-strength wire. The frozen products can be placed directly on the mesh belt and frozen. The extra smooth mesh belt makes the frozen products hardly leave marks; there are barriers on both sides of the mesh belt , To ensure that the plates and frozen products are not easy to slip off the mesh belt.

3. The air duct design makes the spiral tower and the wind deflector design around the evaporator a symmetrical and smooth annular air duct, which enhances the heat exchange effect of the frozen product, and prevents the entrance and exit from running cold, and the operator can enter the warehouse at any time Observe the operating conditions.

4. The main parts and components are made of stainless steel, which meets the hygiene requirements of exported food safely.

5. It can be installed on a flat ground with an overhead underframe, no special requirements for the ground foundation, and easy installation.

6. The entire bottom surface of the storage tank is made of stainless steel plates, which will never leak, easy to clean and easy to discharge.

7. The structure is compact, the area is small, and the direction of the inlet and outlet can be made according to customer requirements.

8. Spiral transmission introduces foreign technology, and the operation of the mesh belt adopts frequency conversion control, and the speed can be realized without adjustment.

9. The suitable production capacity is from 300Kg/h to 2000Kg/h, the feeding and discharging can be arranged together, you can choose, the cake is designed for you according to the condition of the frozen product.
