Advanced Technology of Evaporative Cooler:

The special condensing coils of our BSPL evaporative cooler is made of steel pipes with strict quality control procedures. Each circuit of the industrial evaporative cooler is checked and the material quality is safe and reliable.

All BSPL evaporative cooler is made into a continuous part with a unique automatic coil production line. Evaporative cooler limit welding slag and improve the production efficiency and factory delivery time of industrial evaporative cooler.

The coils of evaporative cooler are hydrologically tested 3 times at a pressure of 2.5Mpa during the manufacturing process to ensure that they are leak-free.

To prevent coil corrosion, our evaporative condenser design places the coil in a heavy steel frame, and then immerses the entire assembly of the industrial evaporative cooler in molten zinc (hot-dip galvanizing) at a temperature of 427°C. The pipes of evaporative cooler are inclined in the direction of fluid flow, providing good liquid drainage.

Advantages of Evaporative Cooler:

Industrial evaporative cooler uses advanced technology oval coils. Our industrial evaporative cooler also use super aluminum wall structure and BSPL-S coil technology. The descaling cleaner of condenser evaporator also uses advanced technology. In addition, our condenser evaporator also use patented filling technology, air intake louvers, patented drift eliminator, and patented metal air guide plates. The pressurized water distribution system of condenser evaporator uses direct-drive axial flow fans and containerized design, which has low transportation costs.


Selection Criteria for Condenser Evaporator: (The following evaporative condenser selection procedure applies to both screw and reciprocating compressors.)

1. Determine the refrigerant for the condenser evaporator.

2. Determine the plant saturated condensing temperature for the condenser evaporator. This is the saturated condensing temperature (SCT) for which the system is designed, in °C.

3. Determine the wet bulb temperature (We) for the condenser evaporator. This is the highest annual wet bulb temperature at the plant operating location.

4. Determine the total heat rejection (THR) for the condenser evaporator. The total heat rejection (THR) for a given commercial evaporator system is determined by adding the evaporator load (kW) and the compressor absorbed power (kW).

5. Multiply by the THR correction factor:

Once the THR is determined, multiply it by a factor for the specified operating conditions (condensing temperature and wet bulb temperature), which can be obtained from Table 1 (ammonia R717) and Table 2 (R134a).

6. Use the SPL data sheet to determine the correct model of commercial evaporator:

Review commercial evaporator tables 3 to 9 and select an iceberg evaporative condenser with a capacity greater than the corrected THR.

Notes on The Selection of Commercial Evaporator:

1. The above data and specifications of the commercial evaporator are for reference only and are subject to change without further notice.

2. The refrigerant charge of the commercial evaporator refers to the amount of ammonia R717 under standard refrigeration operating conditions. Other refrigerants need to be calculated separately.

3. The operating weight in the table of the commercial evaporator is the weight of the equipment, the refrigerant charge and the weight of the water stored in the basin.

4. Non-standard special specifications of the commercial evaporator are available upon request.

5. The capacity shown in the table of the iceberg evaporative condenser is based on standard operating conditions of 28°C wet bulb and 38°C condensation.
