Mesh belt tunnel quick-freezing machine, the conveyor belt adopts stainless steel wire mesh or plastic steel mesh belt. Frozen products can be placed in a tray or directly on a conveyor belt according to different varieties. They can be quickly frozen by blowing up and down or sideways. This type of quick-freezer has a wide range of processed products and uses various prepared foods (such as steamed buns, dumplings, fish Pills, etc.), aquatic products, especially those that are not suitable for fluidization and quick freezing.
Features
The combined design of multi-directional airflow ensures high-quality single-unit rapid freezing products. The transmission belt and the fan must be adjusted by frequency conversion to adapt to the processing of a variety of frozen products. The wide mesh belt or double plate belt is used to effectively reduce the size of the equipment.
The evaporator adopts aluminum tube, aluminum sheet or stainless steel tube and aluminum sheet structure. All other parts are made of stainless steel and food-grade plastic parts, which meet the food hygiene standards.
Equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning device to clean the residue on the conveyor belt. The design takes into account the simplicity and easy operation of cleaning to ensure the hygiene and safety of food.

Q4.How long is our Production leading time?
A4: It depends on type of equipment.
For cold storage equipment, the lead time is 60-80days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For Spiral Freezer, Tunnel Freezer, the lead time is 80-90days after receiving down payment or Letter of credit.
For flake ice making unit and plate freezer, the lead time is 45days after receiving down payment or letter of credit.
Q5.What is the Payment term?
A5: By 100% T/T before shipment or By L/C at sight.
Q6. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A6: Firstly, we should investigate the reason cause the damage. At the same time, we will claim for the insurance by ourselves or assist the buyer.
Secondly we will send the replacement to the buyer. The responsible person for above damage will take charge of the cost of the replacement.
Q7. What are your terms of packing?
A7: Packing: export worthy package suitable for container transportation.
